BEAUTY REVIEWS & VINTAGE FINDS

April Beauty Haul

I took advantage of Ulta’s 20% discount event.  Always the best time to pick up my favorite products and try a few new ones at a discounted price.

Batiste Dry Shampoo: My favorite budget dry shampoo.  I’ve gone through more cans than I can count.  I use the dark brown shade.

John Frieda Luminous Glaze: This is a clear shine hair gloss. I’ve never tried this before but I look forward to giving it a go next time my hair needs some added luster.

Stila Magnificent Metals Foil Finish Eye Shadow in Vintage Black Gold: I cannot wait to try this.  It’s absolutely stunning!

L’ORÉAL Infallible Eyeshadow: I picked up a couple of these amazing shadows.  These are an exact dupe for the Giorgio Armani Eyes to Kill shadows.  The color range is different but the price is right.  L’ORÉAL’s retail for $7.99 each vs $34.00 for just one Armani shadow.  I got the shades Smoldering Plum and Gilded Envy.

Urban Decay Shattered Face Case Palette: Snagged this on closeout and I’m very happy about it.  It has 5 neutral colors, a lip gloss pencil, 24/7 black eye liner pencil, and a bronzer, blush and highlight in another compartment.

REVLON Super Lustrous Lipcolor: If you like orange shades, you’ll love Siren.  I love the texture and the color selection of the Super Lustrous range.  Check it out here.

ESSENCE Gel Eyeliner in Midnight In Paris: Definitely one of my most favorite bargain buys.  This gel eyeliner works great; goes on smooth and stays put.  Essence is a budget German brand.  This retails for $3.99 and I got it for 20%!
