Empties: Hits & Misses

The Hits

Dermalogica Resurfacing Cleanser: A great daily cleanser/exfoliator with Lactic Acid, vitamin E and Rose Flower Oil.

GARNIER Fructis Fall Fight Conditioner: I like Garnier hair products and enjoyed using this super rich and moisturizing conditioner.

Dr. Hauschka Rose Day Cream: An incredible daily moisturizer.  It’s texture is very rich and can be too heavy for some.  They have a light version as well.  I loved the way this felt on the face and it smells of roses.

Batherapy Natural Mineral Bath: One of my favorite bath products.  I first experienced this line nearly 20 years ago at a spa. Extremely relaxing and leaves the skin soft and moisturized.

Lancôme Genifique Youth Activating Serum: An incredible serum with noticeable results.  They have reformulated this and now call it Advanced Genifique Youth Activating Serum. It’s on the pricey side but delivers.

CLINIQUE Lash Building Primer: The best lash primer that I’ve ever tried.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer: A nice and creamy concealer.  I used this peachy shade as a corrector.  I prefer Benefit’s Erase Paste as a corrector but I did like the consistency of this one.

The Misses

T3 Curling Wand: I absolutely love this curing iron but this is my 2nd one in two years.  Both broke, just stopped working.  They have new models out now so maybe they’ve been improved.  I hope so considering the price.

PÜR Cosmetics Big Look Lengthening Mascara: Just ok, probably wouldn’t repurchase since there are so many I prefer over this one.

RoC Retinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Daily Moisturizer SPF 30: I love RoC’s range of products however this sunscreen seeped into my eyes.  I had to stop using it on my face and used it up on my hands instead. The nighttime treatment is great.
