I had chance recently to do a little vintage shopping in Miami. I landed this 1970’s fringe dream from a wonderful vintage clothing boutique called Miami Twice. I loved their entire collection from high-end, designer vintage clothes and handbags to affordable statement pieces such as this long, fringe vest. Pieces this intricate don’t usually stand the test of time and are often found with snags and stains. This is in great condition and an exciting find that I look forward to wearing now that spring is upon us.
I don’t know when I’ll get back to Miami but should you find yourself in the area, Miami Twice is a must for vintage lovers.
On this day, I wore the vest with a very old wrap top, my vintage Lee jeans and these thrift shop boots from another favorite source for vintage, Beacon’s Closet in Brooklyn. I love the western vibe and gold detail.
All of a sudden, I have the urge to weave some macramé.
