P.M. Skincare Routine – June 2018

My current evening skincare routine – June 2018

Step 1 – Cleanse
Clinique Take The Day Off Makeup Remover for Lids, Lashes & Lips – I bought this to try because I loved Take The Day Off balm. This doesn’t work as well on stubborn eyeliner and mascara. I won’t buy it again but I’m glad tried it. Available a Clinique.

TATA HARPER Purifying Cleanser – This is better suited for oily skin (my skin is dry) but I loved it and would buy again. It contains fruit enzymes to deep clean pores. Available at Sephora.

Step 2 – Hydrate
Life Plankton Essence by BIOTHERM – I’m still using and loving this essence. It leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and hydrated. Available online.

Step 3 – Serum
SkinMedica TNS Recovery Complex – One of my Top 2 medical grade, growth factor serums. I’ve been using TNS on again and off again since 2010. My skin always looks tighter and brighter. Usually I use the dual pump version with peptides on one side and growth factors on the other side. Both versions are great. I just have a lot of other peptide serums that I’m trying to get through before I buy any more. I buy from Premier Look and they have discount codes regularly if you sign up.

Step 4 – Eye Cream
DR. DENNIS GROSS SKINCARE Ferulic + Retinol Triple Correction Eye Serum – I tried and absolutely loved the Ferulic + Retinol face serum from Dr. Dennis Gross so I bought the eye serum during the Sephora sale. You can just use the face serum around the eyes. I’m not sure I’d repurchase both to use together but I think it’s a very good serum for crepeyness. Available at Sephora.

Step 5 – Moisturizer
DR. JART+ Ceramidin Cream – It’s difficult to explain why this is so amazing but it is. It’s deeply moisturizing yet not too heavy. A fairly new discovery for me and I don’t see myself ever being without it. Sephora’s website describes this as “quenching dehydrated skin.” It does exactly that.
