P.M. Skincare Routine November 2017

My current P.M. skincare routine – November 2017

Step 1 – Remove make-up
Bioderma Micellar Water – The BEST eye-makeup remover.  Amazon is known to have fakes so buy from a reputable online site.

Step 2 – Cleanse & Exfoliate
The Greatest Scrub of All by Soap and Glory – A UK find.  Hopefully, they find a way to sell it in the USA.

Step 3 – Toner/Hydrate
La Roche Posay Eau Thermale – If I’m not using an exfoliating toner in this step, I’m using a hydrating one.  Eau Thermale contains minerals and trace elements, such as Selenium, and I love the effect this has on my dry skin.  Available at Walgreens

Step 4 – Serum
iS Clinical Youth Serum – My favorite growth factor serum of all time.  I was given a small sample of this once and couldn’t believe it when I saw a noticeable difference after once use.  I have a few other growth factor serums that I use/try for variety but I always come back to this one.  Often found at med spas, I buy mine from Premier Look.

Step 5 – Eye Cream
SkinMedica TNS Eye Repair – Coincidently, my 2nd favorite growth factor serum is SkinMedica TNS Serum.  This is their eye cream from that same range and is a long time favorite.  I began using this in 2012 and this is my fourth or fifth jar.  It noticeably reduces fine lines and crepiness.  I buy SkinMedica from Premier Look also.

Step 6 – Moisturize
Super Facialist Probiotic Overnight Skin Recovery Cream – Another UK find. This is a thick gel that deeply hydrates overnight and my skin feels well hydrated and looks plump when I wake up in the morning.
