Just a few things I’m loving this month. NexGen Curling Iron by Hot Tools: I did some research on this before I bought it. It gets great reviews and I agree. I got the 1 1/4″ barrel. Heats up fast and makes big, bouncy curls. Available at Ulta. Mary-Lou Manizer by theBalm: A GREAT highlighter. I had been using cream highlighters throughout the summer and just switched to this powder

Everything they make is organic, certified Free Trade, cruelty-free, and vegan. Much loved (and very worn) June Favorites! Pureology Pure Volume Shampoo: I absolutely love this shampoo and will definitely keep buying it. It’s taking me months to get through this giant bottle. It’s from the pink range for fine, color-treated hair and I love the way by hair styles after I use it. Pureology is also a vegan brand. Available in salons and Ulta. Ojon Dry Recovery Revitalizing Moisture
I’ve been using these two products for over three months now and have a pretty good impression overall. Creamy Concealer Kit: I started out using this under my eyes as it claims to hide dark circles and brighten but I really had to blot it in and it sat in my fine lines. I’m sure it’s brilliant on younger skin. However, I do like it as a general concealer
My favorites this month has to be the cool stuff I bought at IMATS NYC. I’ve been using everything here this month except for the lashes. Hakuhodo Makeup Brushes and Case: The primary reason I went to IMATS was to buy these brushes. They are the finest brushes I’ve ever owned and I love using them! Each one is handmade in Japan. They’re unbelievably soft. Expensive and worth it.
It’s been talked to death by beauty bloggers everywhere and still retains cult status. The shadows are rich and pigmented. You can get a thousand looks from this one palette and it’s my favorite to travel with for this reason. All Urban Decay products are cruelty-free and vegan. Available at Sephora and Ulta. $52.
