I’m still in Las Vegas and it’s still hot! Sebastian Trilliant Thermal Protection and Sparkle Complex Spray: I use a heat protectant every time I use a hot tool on my hair and rotate a few products. The last couple of months, I’ve been using this one. I doesn’t provide a ton of shine on me but it does give me some body and I like it as a heat
Fortunately another month of Hits in the products I’ve used up. I really liked all of these products. Batiste Dry Shampoo in Dark Brown: My all time favorite dry shampoo. This was my 6th or 7th can and I’ve bought a new one already. I always have this on hand. Available at drugstores and Ulta. Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist Deeeeep Conditioner: My 10th bottle of 3 Minute Miracle at
I’m in Las Vegas and it’s hot! Some of my summer favorites. RoC® Gommage Doux Lissant Soft Smoothing Scrub: I bought this exfoliating scrub in Canada and love it. This is the French version which has a few more ingredients than the US version but the they’re very similar. Not only does it work beautifully as an exfoliant, it smells incredible, like a combination of flowers and Love’s Baby Soft.
Hits Blousey Shampoo by Lush: I loved this shampoo from one of my favorite brands, Lush. All Lush products are organic, handmade and vegan. The only negative thing I can say about Lush products is that they’re expensive, but then handmade, vegan products are going to cost a little more. I’m willing to pay for cruelty-free and they are truly wonderful to use! My brother’s dog, Willie got ahold of
This month turned me onto some new favorites as well as some old stand buys. Shiseido Facial Cotton: Hands down THE BEST cotton pads on the market. Do your face a favor and get your hands on a packet of these. They’re often sold out on the website and in stores. Once you try them, you’ll see why they can’t keep them in stock. Usually available where Shiseido is sold.
Take a trip across the border and discover a whole new world of beauty. I took such a trip recently and picked up loads of new products to try. Fortunately, some of these are readily found in stores or online but others are much harder to get a hold of in the US. I’ll post more in-depth reviews soon. Here’s a sneak peak. –Avene Thermal Spring Water –Bioderma Crealine H2O
