Brand Spotlight: Oribe Top 3
The Top 3 best hair care products in the Oribe range including the cult favorite, Dry Texturizing Spray.
Beautiful hair sometimes comes with a heart-stopping price tag. We know women are charged more for haircuts than men. Add color and highlights and blowouts, the cost can exceed $200 per visit depending on the salon.
We’ve all fallen for the styling products that salons push on us that tack on another $50-$100 onto our final bill. As a rule, I generally don’t succumb to this pressure by coming to know these two facts are true. 1. I can rarely replicate my salon hairstyle on my own at home despite using the exact same products, and 2. I can find great styling products at the drugstore.
However one time, I faltered and that’s how I discovered Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray. Pronounced or-bay, the range isn’t cheap but the Dry Texturizing Spray has been the hero product in the line for years and although I’ve tested many other texturizing products, I continue to go back to this, the original, having gone through more cans than I can count.
Oribe Top 3
Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray: Gives styled hair a big boost of body and texture. Fabulous product. Painful at $46 for a full-size bottle but the end result is worth it and it smells divine. You’ll be hooked.

Supershine Moisturizing Cream: I love this hair cream as much as the spray. An opulent leave-in conditioner that smoothes the hair and leaves shine and body in its wake. A great hair day will cost you $52 for a full-size tube but it lasts for months.

Oribe Gold Lust Dry Shampoo – My third recommendation from the Oribe range is their dry shampoo with the caveat that I don’t think one needs both the texturizing spray and dry shampoo. They both give texture and smell similar. The light shimmer of gold in the dry shampoo is a nice touch but somewhat discernable on my dark brown hair.
