Product Review: Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream

Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream

What it claims to do:
“Clinically proven to reduce the depth of wrinkles, improve skin firmness, tone and hydration in 15 days.

The unique Mediterranean algae, Padina Pavonica, has been shown to dramatically increase the quantity of glucosaminoglycans (GAGs) within the skin. By special cell communication, these water-attracting GAGs are responsible for skin moisturization, improving suppleness, firmness and elasticity. In addition, Ginkgo Biloba providing superior free-radical protection has been blended with precious Rose and Mimosa Absolutes, thus creating the ultimate anti-aging cream from ELEMIS.”

Do I agree?
Yes.  The above quote is from the Elemis website.  I have no idea what any of that jargon means but this cream is amazing and works wonders on my dry skin.  I am not alone.  Elemis has confirmed to Good Housekeeping that one tub of its Pro-Collagen Marine Cream is sold every nine seconds globally.  People love this moisturizer.

It’s light, hydrating and feels like pure moisture going on the skin. Elemis is one of Britain’s top skincare lines. They are a cruelty-free company.  Pro-Collagen Marine Cream has been their bestseller for years and has won 50 prestigious awards worldwide.

How I use it:
They have two daytime versions, one with SPF and one without.  This one is without SPF so I use it day or night.  There is a also a night cream version that includes peptides.

How much does it cost?
$128.  Nordstrom has it listed for $108 + free shipping.
