July Favorites

To the list –

BUMBLE AND BUMBLE A Tint of Brown Hair Powder: I love this tinted dry shampoo.  It cost more than the tinted Batiste which I use regularly but it can cast a grayish residue and this does not.  Comes in various shades, available at Sephora for $36 and salons.

Kerastase Initialiste Advanced Scalp & Hair Serum Concentrate: I’ve just started using this this month and it’s a great hair serum.  It claims to transform your hair in 7 days.  I wouldn’t say my hair is transformed but it is softer and shinier.  You just can’t go wrong with Kerastase.  Their product range is amazing.  Available online or in salons.

Sex Bomb Shadow Palette by NYX: This has been my go to eye shadow palette this month.  Great pigmentation and I love the color variety.  Available at Ulta for $7.49 making it a nice budget buy.

Lovely Jubblies Body Lotion by LUSH: I’ve raved about the Lovely Jubblies breast cream before.  I just love it.  I use it regularly on my upper body.  One of my all time favorite Lush products.  It’s packed with amazing botanicals, have to have it.

Pinaud-Clubman Talc: This men’s range has been around since 1810.  If you like Old World men’s scents, you’ll love this.  In the sweltering heat, this is a nice change after a bath or shower.  Available online.

Alpha-H Liquid Gold: My all-time favorite Glycolic.  I’ve been using this loads this month.  It’s an incredible overnight facial that immediately improves complexion and skin tone.  I’ll never be without it.  Available online.  I buy from Cult Beauty or Look Fantastic.  Cult!

Mineralize Skinfinish by MAC: This is a rediscovery.  I’ve had it for a few years now and dug it out this month while shopping my stash.  This is the shade Shimpagne which I believe is discontinued but I like the light bronze highlight in summer.  Similar shades available at MAC.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains: I have the colors Romantic (pinkish red), and Rendezvous (orange) here.  I’ve had them for a long time now and rediscovered them this month.  Still like the formulation and pigmentation.  Available at Ulta and drugstores.

Pure Pearl nail polish by Revlon: Another ancient rediscovery.  I’ve had this for years and still think it’s one of the best frosty white shades out there.  They still make it and it’s available at drugstores.

I found this painting at a thrift shop for $15.  I can’t wait to get it framed!
