The List

Lipstick: MAC lipstick in Brick-O-La.

Must Have Product: High SPF sunscreen

My Grandmother

Style Influencer: My grandmother, Mimi.  I learned manners, how to properly set a table, to love costume jewelry, to surround myself with beautiful things, and to always make an effort in my home and appearance.  She lived like a lady and enjoyed the finer things in life.

Indulgence: Croissants.

Soda: Dr. Pepper or Root Beer when I’m at the movies.  It’s a treat.  I don’t drink soda at home.

Tech Gadget: My laptop.  I carry it everywhere.

Cheese: White cheddar.

Candle: P.F. Candle Co. is my favorite candle brand.  Favorite scent is Teakwood & Tobacco.

Movie: Last of the Mohicans.  “I will find you.  No matter how long it takes, no matter how far,  I will find you.”

Uniform: Jeans, vintage top or funky t-shirt, blazer and ankle boots (never have too many).

Star Jewelry Piece: Any of my vintage (and quite inexpensive) chunky gold chains.

Wine: Penfolds Cabernet

Scent: Tom Ford Black Orchid

Book: Watership Down by Richard Adams is my all-time favorite.

Sheets: Linen.  All the way.

Wardrobe Staple: A great pair of jeans.  Diesel, Mother, G-Star, and vintage Levi’s are my favored brands.

Flowers: Peonies

Bag: Usually something vintage like this cool red and black bag I found at an antique mall.  I don’t go for high-end handbags.  I’d much rather have something vintage and one of a kind.

Life-Changing Beauty Product: Retin-A (Vitamin A).

Heels or Flats: Heels unless I’m really on the move that particular day.

Song: First Time Ever I Saw Your Face by Roberta Flack is my all-time favorite love song.

Binge-watching: British, Scandinavian, and French TV detective dramas: The Tunnel, Grantchester, Sherlock, Midsomer Murders, Spiral, Endeavor, Shetland, Wallander, Top of the Lake, Happy Valley, The Fall, etc.  I can’t get enough of them!
